  • Did Your Team Receive My Email/ Photos?

Our enquiry team generally responds within 24 hours after receiving your enquiries. If we are taking too long, it might be because you have made mistake while typing the word ‘enquiries’ or we cannot download the email attachment. Our mailbox file limit in 5Mb. Try resending an individual mail with photos at (insert email id) with your name and address.

 

    Do You Offer Repairing Services For Carpets Or Leather Goods?

No, we only repair hard surfaces. We don’t repair Linoleum also.

 

  • Can You Repair My Cars?

No, as the material used by us for repairing purposes isn’t suitable for cars or other vehicle bodywork. Though technically they are hard surfaces, we would advice you to get them repaired from professionals. But if you are willing to repair your motor homes or caravans, we are there to help you out after considering the finishes and material.

 

  • Do You Operate On National Level? Where Are You Based?

We are currently based in Unit 13, Pride Court but offer our repairing services all over the UK. We directly employ technicians all over the nation and they work on-site.

 

  • Can You Provide A Price Estimate?

Offering a rough price without having a look at the damage, the total number of damage points, their sizes, and its material is impossible. You can send us a photo of the damage or let our technicians visit your property and inspect the damage minutely before offering an estimate.

 

  • Can I Pay Through My Card?

Yes, you can pay through your card even if you are willing to do it over the phone. We accept Visa and MasterCard but not American Express. (verify)
